If you are here, you may be searching for something, and you are probably in pain. Perhaps life doesn’t feel quite how it should, or you are feeling disconnected from yourself. You might be dealing with a life transition or challenge, feeling anxious, overwhelmed or alone in your experience. You may be unsure why relationships seem hard and end up the same way, or not understand your own behaviour or feelings at times. Perhaps you decided it was time to face “it”. You sense something needs to change.
Whatever it is that brought you here, welcome. Take a breath. Starting therapy can feel very vulnerable, but you won’t be alone.
