Neurodivergence & Inclusive Practice

I am a neuro-affirming therapist, which means I recognise ADHD, ASD, PDA, and other forms of neurodivergence as natural ways of functioning. My focus is on acceptance, validation, and supporting clients to live authentically with their unique strengths, perspectives, and needs, as well as process potentially painful experiences from the past, related to being neurodiverse in neurotypical settings.

I am committed to anti-oppressive practice, cultural awareness, and tailoring therapy to the individual, always guided by what feels most helpful to you.

Cultural & Life Experience

I was born in Romania and now live in the UK, bringing experience of cultural transitions, adaptation, and identity. I hold deep respect for diversity in all its forms, and awareness of how social, cultural, and systemic factors shape our emotional well-being.

Before psychotherapy, I worked in the charity sector for over ten years, developing international programmes and supporting people from diverse social, cultural, and economic backgrounds.

I hold personal experience and understanding of the complexities of parenthood and how it can shift identity, life, relationships and well-being. I incorporate this awareness into my practice, particularly when supporting parents who are navigating emotional challenges while striving to grow and improve their lives.
